Welcome to Mighty Minds

Founded by a pediatric speech-language pathologist, Mighty Minds is an alternative to a traditional learning model- a place for every kind of mind, to shine

Mighty Minds of All Kinds is an inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming therapeutic learning program where children can learn, play, connect, and grow in ways that feel authentic to them. Through play-based, interest-led experiences, we celebrate each child’s unique strengths while building confidence, communication, connection, and a love of learning.

We’re excited to be teaming up with We Rock the Spectrum Kid’s Gym in Westford, MA to launch our very first Mighty Minds sessions this fall! Together, we’re creating a welcoming space where children of all kinds can find their people, explore their interests, and feel empowered to learn in their own way.

We may be small and mighty, but together we can make a lasting impact.

Helping every child find their people through…

Regulation

Understanding what our bodies and minds need.
Through movement, play, sensory experiences, and supportive guidance, children build awareness of their emotions and discover strategies that help them feel comfortable, regulated, and ready to engage.

Social Connection

Building friendships and finding your people.
Children have meaningful opportunities to connect with peers, communicate authentically, collaborate, and experience the joy of belonging—all within a supportive environment where they can be themselves.

Curiosity

Wonder. Explore. Create. Discover.
We believe some of the best learning happens when children are genuinely interested and engaged. Hands-on projects, movement, play, problem-solving, and children's own interests spark curiosity while naturally strengthening communication, executive functioning, and collaboration.

Confidence & Self Advocacy

Celebrating who you are and learning what you need.
Children are encouraged to recognize their strengths, understand their needs, express their ideas, and advocate for themselves—all while being supported in showing up as their authentic selves.

What does a Mighty Minds Session look like?

Our 90 minute sessions are thoughtfully structured—with plenty of room for curiosity, connection, movement, and fun.

Arrive & Regulate
Time to settle in, explore the space, connect with the group, and get our bodies ready.

Connect & Gather
We come together through conversation, games, or shared experiences that encourage authentic connection.

Explore & Create
Hands-on projects, imaginative play, STEM challenges, sensory experiences, or other interest-driven activities invite children to wonder, experiment, collaborate, and problem-solve.

Move & Play
We use the gym environment for movement, cooperative challenges, sensory exploration, and—very importantly—fun.

Reflect & Celebrate
We reconnect at the end to share experiences, celebrate successes, and recognize what we discovered about ourselves and one another.

Our sessions aren't about getting every child to participate in the same way.

We provide structure, choice, and support so each child can engage in ways that feel meaningful and authentic to them.

NOW LAUNCHING

Our September 2026 Program with

We Rock the Spectrum Gym, Westford MA

September 10th-November 23rd

At Mighty Minds of All Kinds, we believe every child deserves a place where they feel seen, supported, and connected.

Our 12-week enrichment program for ages 5-11 uses play-based, neurodiversity-affirming approaches to strengthen emotional regulation, social communication, executive functioning, and self-confidence.

Children are encouraged to embrace who they are while making meaningful friendships, while caregivers can enjoy a little time to themselves knowing their child is in a safe, supportive environment.
